We understand that things happen unexpectedly after you've made the big plans to attend the Jamboree. And if something does happen and you can't make it to the Jamboree a refund is in order. However, we would like you to know that after the September 1, 2010 registration deadline, the advertising bills have been paid, Jamboree T-shirts have been ordered, delivered and paid for, arrangements have been made for breakfasts and dinners for the pre-registered number of riders. Therefore, it is the policy of Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree to issue refunds according to the following conditions:

A refund request must be made in writing and forwarded to
250 North Main,
Richfield, Utah, 84701.
Refund requests may also be faxed to (435) 896-8888 or e-mailed to sevierevents@juno.com.

Registration refunds will be based on the following:

Full Refund - requests postmarked prior to August 15, 2010
75% refund for requests postmarked between August 16 and September 1, 2010
50% refund for requests postmarked after September 1, 2010
Please allow adequate time for processing of refunds.
